, I had way too much FAT yesterday. YIKES. Calories were okay--I'd still like to be a bit lower, but Rome wasn't built in a day, right?!

  1. hey girl, lower calories? I've read that anything below 1,200 makes our bodies go into starvation mode making weight loss slower. Good luck with weight loss, try 1,200 calories a day and an hour of exercise and strength training. You might see faster/healthier results! Good luck!
