food log for friday 5/1 (!)

WOAH when did May get here?! CRAZINESS!

Total Calories: 1,168

47% Fat (!!!)

21% Protein


WELL unfortunately I did a poor job of planning and was at work (starving) so I was forced to eat a breakfast sandwich --it was either that or some really devilish pastries, I thought I'd be better with that, but perhaps I was wrong!

Also I had WAY too much fat (I blame the egg and cheese for this!) and most of it was BAD fat. So this is not good.

I've been writing down my food intake for a week now and I realised that my diet is not nearly as healthy as I thought it was--I knew it was too full of calories, but I always try to eat a 'clean' diet, and I at least thought I was getting proper nutrition, good fats, etc. HOW WRONG I WAS.

Goal for next week: try to get more protein in daily!
