I'm pretty pleased with how yesterday went calorie-wise (I'd like to be under 1,000 daily for a while) but the percentages are still not good at all...wayyyy too many carbs!

When I'm into fat-busting mode, I usually try for between 500-800 calories (yes I know this is not healthy long term) and a balance of 30 percent fat, 30 percent carbohydrates, and 40 percent protein.

I think I just need to work on planning ahead a bit more so that I can get all the protein I need in (and it can replace the yucky fat and carbs!)
